  • Mine stopped updating since June 21ish. Very frustrating. Submitted two help requests to no avail.
  • I think it has more to do with what you can maintain. Currently doing lots of veggie carbs and no grain, starch, added sugar or fruit carbs. I feel great; Not confident that I can maintain this at EVERY meal forEVER, but know that it is what I should be generally doing.
  • I've been on south beach for almost a month now but haven't left phase one. I'm not great when it comes to options, so I'm hesitant to go to two. I've lost between 9 and 15 pounds. Not really sure because I've been struggling with water retention.
