Normally there is a lot of horrible diet-y answers but I have to say that this is a wonderful presentation of ideas.

I use compression sleeves after running long distances and I second the calf raises. I also find running on sidewalks tend to give me shin splints while running on the road does not. So now I avoid the sidewalks.

I don't normally take my phone running with me, but if I do, I put it in my bra. My husband has a lifeproof case and the armband that matches it.

I've made them both in the slow cooker (with apples) and the overnight method in my fridge. Both work and taste good. I usually portion out a serving and add vanilla protein powder, that way I get more protein in for the day.

That's hard to do. Crockpot recipes are usually pretty easy. Put some meat in, some veggies, stock and spices and turn it on.

I bought a NordicTrac last year ($$) and already we are having problems with it. Eh, I kinda wish I had bought a cheaper one and just replace it when it dies (cuz it will).

I wash my food before I eat it, and sometimes put it in the washing machine. Very clean! Anywho, I lost over 40 pounds eating what I wanted. I just cut back the poptarts from a box a day to only one package. It worked for me!

You are netting 600 calories a day? You need to fuel your body more. At the least it should be 1200 calories net. Most likely much more than that.
