The closest store to me doesn't have it, but the one across town does (and they are the same chain). The cheapest place to get it is Amazon, and if you order enough you can get free shipping. It's worth it, it lasts for a long time and I use it a lot.

I use Nike+, and when I'm not 'tracking' my runs I use Endomondo on my smartphone.

I can't tell either, but I like the OP's picture. I just adjusted my calories on MPF to what fitbit says I can eat today, not a big deal. Def not enough to make me unmotivated...

I DO NOT agree with this. Alcohol is absolutely necessary in my book. I plan my drinking calories before my food usually, and I have to say that since I have lost weight, I've become a cheap drunk. Thank you for the info, I have had my stride analyzed on video to get my running shoes. But that was before I lost weight. I was thinking about doing it again now that I'm at (or close enough to) my target weight. I will look into the website that was mentioned also.

To combat your worries, wear compression shorts under your regular shorts, this will decrease the jiggly-ness. You may feel like everyone is staring at you, that is how I felt when I started running, its normal. Don't let that stop you, get out there and run! You CAN DO THIS!

I've been on levo for over 8 years. I have taken it at all times of the day, but the only time I see a difference in how I feel is when I miss two days in a row. As long as you take it every day, when ever you can, you are good.

If you post a thread that has been beat to death already, you will get rude answers. There is a search function on MFP and when you are new you should search before you post. Read the stickies, that is what they are there for. When you have a question that hasn't been answered 5000 times before, post it and I bet people…
