I'm 140lbs and burn 80 calories in 10 minutes. I created by New exercise under my exercises for it. I usually go after boxing and it has improved the appearance of my legs. Why not wear a HRM and see how much you burn?

I met her a few weeks ago and she's still lost the weight...has a few more stones to go though. I still follow the slimming world plan as its basically just a healthy diet.

I've seen it done via slimming world classes. One girl lost 8 stone in under 8 months when I used to attend. It just shows that it can be done.
