Add it all i'm afraid. They do add up. The only veg i tend not to add is garlic and chilli as i use them in cooking then discard them.

I prefer to exercise outdoors. walking, running and hiking. Great for the skin too. I do attend kick boxing classes but its hardcore exercise so no room for posers. I find the gym a little intimidating and tend not to stay too long. I think your better to exercise where you feel most comfortable. I highly recommend kick…

I add my drink calories. I love white wine!! instead of having a full glass of vino i now have 1/3 of a glass and fill the rest up with diet lemonade. Less calories and i still get to enjoy my lovely wine :drinker:

Keeping a food diet is essential if you want to be successful. If you have a smart phone i.e, ipod or blackberry, you can download the myfitnesspal app and fill in your meals as you eat them? its too easy to forget about that bag of chips or chocolate if you don't keep track of them. Good luck :flowerforyou:

You sound exactly the same as me. I have a real problem with self control. If i've been GOOD for a few days then i'll overindulge to reward myself. Maybe we can motivate each other? :flowerforyou: Have a great birthday tomorrow. This time next year you will be at your goal weight

I guess it really depends on the surgery and how quickly you recover afterwards. Best to check with your doctor, he will keep you right. :flowerforyou:

I count housework as exercise. I make sure that i clean the windows and get down on my hands and knees and scrub the floors. I do at least an hour each day and work up a real sweat! Keeping a record of it encourages me to keep active. Its all too easy to do a quicky clean then sit down with some tea and biscuits :drinker:

Its really disheartening when you dont lose any. Keep your chin up and your hard work will soon pay off :flowerforyou:
