My "glass half empty" moment sucks. Typically I am a very jovial kinda gal, but embarrassment has bested me in this moment...and I do thank you all for your words of encouragement and offers of support, it is whole heartily appreciated. My mother is a very fit woman, and I cannot wait to see what those side by sides look like in the near future...I never really thought of how much older I looked when I was heavier, but it really was significant...

Thank you all so much for the kudos, and back slapping encouragment...I needed to see this stuff today because I feel like stuffing my head in the fridge and not coming out until Sunday.

When I went to the doctor's office and she circled my age and my weight....not like I didnt know how old I was or how much I weighed, but having it pointed out to me like that...it hit me like a ton of bricks!
