maybe take the dog for walk around neighborhood again like did before, just cant do anything today cause water got in kitchen floor adn slid in it last night twisting ankle, can barely walk

i've been battling weight and thyroid for years, was finally diagnosed hyperthyroidism 2005 but meds killed thyroid so hypo now. we're trying for a baby so gonna try to lose some weight too.
