Yes, same for me! I am 5'6'' and my absolute major priority is getting to 185 and out of the obese range BMI. Then, I'll think about shooting for 154 and in the normal range. I've always been heavy so less than that doesn't even compute for me.

One way to move toward doing it for you is finding a type of exercise that you really enjoy - something that makes you feel good in body and spirit. The gym doesn't do that for me.
