@showjumper Awesome, that's great dedication you have! :) Well, I didn't feel like working out this morning, but I did it anyway...yay willpower! W1D2 complete! I also rode the stationary bike for 25 minutes, stair stepper for 2 minutes. Man that stair stepper burns! I need to build up very slowly on that one.

I'd take it easy for a while and definitely see an ortho. I had bursitis in my right hip a couple years ago. It took several months to fully heal. It would flare up with the slightest workout. It finally went away, but only after I completely stopped working out.

I run between 4.1 and 4.6. Usually about halfway through the C25k workout, I'll increase the speed. I'd like to comfortably get to 5.0 by the end of the c25k program.

Traveling for work and getting spoiled with the free meals that came with it. I got a little out of control in my experimenting with new cuisines. I'm back to reality now and see a different person in the mirror! Oy!

I'm looking for motivation and support too. I'm getting back on MFP after a year or so. I gained about 17 pounds within a 5 month time span. Previously, I've always been able to maintain the same weight give or take a couple pounds...this weight gain must reverse!
