Congrats! I am just into a 16, and the first thing I thought last time I went to LB was... 'omg I have to start shopping somewhere else?' For me it is terrifying, I hate to shop! Very excited for you! Where do you plan to shop first?

This is my understanding. I think the goal is three workouts a week, with a minimum of one full day of rest between workout days. You switch between workout A and workout B (so Workout A one day, rest one day, Workout B next day, rest one day, back to workout A) until you have completed both A & B eight times each.

I've been reading and absorbing New Rules of Lifting for Women, and did my first workout last night actually. I think the authors do a great job of explaining each exercise and each workout stage as you progress, and if you take it piece by piece, it is not too difficult to sort out. My official weigh-in day is Wednesday. This is the day I also take all my measurements. I tend to weigh myself every morning to remind myself of where I am at and where I want to be, but my primary focus is on Wednesday. Good luck!! You can do it!
