i personally can gain anywhere from 5-8 lbs during mine. A couple of days though and it's back to normal. :D

I'm not sure where you are, but I use the O& MF Liberte Greek Yogurt. It's only got 5 grams of sugar for approx. 3/4 of a cup. I mix in a little bit of sugar free jello powder and it is absolutely amazing :D

Believe it or not, but there is a poop app!! You can even post messages on boards with others that are pooing at the same time as you. I think it also tracks what you mentioned.. LMFAO!!

Thanks for the replies! I used to float with no problems when I was heavier. Tried two weeks ago and sunk within seconds. My friends thought it was pretty funny tho. :laugh: Good thing I'm still a strong swimmer.. :tongue:

I have IBS-C. I've tried absolutely everything and had every test done over the past two years. All tests negative and any change in diet didn't help. my doc JUST put me on Dicetel. It's specifically for IBS-C and IBS-D. I'm only on day two, but I can feel a bit of improvement already.

It's actually a great way to eat! You still get your good carbs, but it's low enough to be successful. I find by eating this way I never feel deprived and usually won't end up in a binge! (Unless I make homemade cinnamon buns......OUCH!! hehe)

A good lower type carb plan is the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise. It keeps your carbs to no more than 120gm a day and only 15gm of sugar per day. I think if you google it, you can find most of the plan info online. I try to follow this and it really helps me feel good and get my weight down! :D

Hiya! Although I am close to my goal, I started out at 280 (ish) 3 1/2 years ago. It does seem like a long road and I felt like giving up lots. The only advice I can offer is to set mini-goals.
