Hi!! Just started the "Shred it With Weights".. It's awesome!! I am really sore though, after the first workout I had trouble sitting down and when I walked I looked funny... Heehee!! And this was AFTER finishing the 30 Day shred!! So yes, it's awesome!! I haven't tried the six pack one though.

If you still like some carbs, healthy ones, maybe look into The Belly Fat Cure, by Jorge Cruise. Great program, limits carbs to 6 servings per day, and 15 grams of sugar per day. I started back on it this past Wednesday and I feel so much better already!!
