10 days before starting the 30DS I couldn't do chin ups!! 10 days into the shred I was able to do 1!! 20 days into the shred I did 3!!! The 30DS is awesome for building strength!!! I am currently waiting for the Ripped In 30 !! Can't wait!!

Working out, no matter when, is beneficial!! I've done the 6am workouts, the 6pm workouts, the mid morning workouts etc. If 5 is when you have the most energy then go for it!! I love working out right before dinner because I find I don't eat as much at dinner! Seems like a good deal to me!! Heheeh!! As long as you stay…

Great job!!!! I too have switched my workouts to morning ones. I hate getting up early but it's worth it so that I have the extra time after work with the kids. Seems to keep me more energized throughout the day too!!

Hi!! I just did Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred. I have two young boys (6 and 2) and also work full time. I found the 30 day shred was perfect as it only takes about 28 mins a day and you get a really great workout!! Hope this helps!!

I am seeing a few results so far. I have some definition where I've never had it before. I haven't seen any progress on the scale yet, but I have to clean up my eating and start tracking again. I've decided to go with mini meals throughout the day and see if that gets things moving. :D Let me know how it goes for you!!

If you have weights, the chest presses work great. If not, pushups, pushups and more pushup!!! I am in the same boat as you with the saggy tummy skin, but with all the weights and pushups i've been doing, my upper isn't saggy and right above the "girls" looks very nice and toned!! Hope this helps!!
