Well, you almost have it. An inch of muscle weighs more than an inch of fat. A lot of people argue the point buy it's more to do with both measurement and weight, than just weight. Hope that makes sense. :)

I totally agree. Most packaged and processed food contain an extraordinary amount of garbage that you don't need. Processed meats, heat and eat meals, or entrees. I used to eat deli meats, pre-made burgers, and the like, oh and fast food too. Since I've joined MFP, I've lost 25 pounds in three months (I lost 5 prior) and…

Hi! I'm going through the same thing. I just eat what I can and take supplements to cover any deficits. With exercising and the goal calories, I'd be eating till I was sick. You can only eat so much, especially if you're eating healthy foods, they are low cal and fill you up.
