mine is Papa John's Pizza with ham, bacon and mushrooms. Soooo good.

could it be sun poisoning? did you get a sunburn at the lake?

I'm so glad that my sister showed me this site. I wish I would have known about it sooner. It's so easy to do, and then you step on the scale and you're like "Are you serious? I lost weight and it doesn't even feel like I'm on a diet." It's a great feeling.

thanks everybody. i will definitely look into getting a pedometer. it would be interesting to see how much i walk when i'm at work.

my little brother is getting married in august too! I hope to lose a good amount by then too. I know it won't take me even close to my goal, but it will be nice to see a little something come off by then.

what i meant was how long have u been trying to lose it, or how long did it take?
