the way I define 'clean eating' is anything that is in it's whole and natural form; that hasn't required processing to make it in the form or shape it is. I mostly buy fresh produce but I do use a few boxed or 'processed' items: whole grain pancake mix, milk, cereal, etc.

I like making scrambled eggs with some onion and red & green bell peppers. High in Vitamin C and it's delicious. I use about a quarter of each a red and green bell pepper. Saute some chopped onion for a few minutes, (I use about a tablespoon), until they are almost clear then add the peppers. I like my peppers still…
