  • I think Leslie Sansone is a good idea to start out too. You feel a workout, but it's not too overwhelming at first. It's hard to start a workout program and you don't want to get "turned off" to exercise by killing yourself at first. I know someone who lost 100 pounds simply by careful dieting and Leslie Sansone's tapes.
  • I don't know if you ever tried anything by the "Firm". The DVD's I have are some of the old ones, but it really works, especially for toning. I've lost weight doing it almost exclusively along with some basic treadmill workouts. Good luck!
