I also work out barefoot, but have noticed that the balls of my feet have been hurting since starting week two and my wrists are sore as well

I would say that you should keep up with the program, to get the endurance! I've been on a business trip for the last few days, but am going to start week 5 day 1 today. We shall see how it goes.

W4D1 done yesterday, 27,33,24,24,60 really feeling good and starting to notice a difference in the belly area.

Alright have been a little sluggish to start this week, but tonite is W3D2 and I'm ready for it. Feeling stronger everyday.

Finished my exhaustion test today and was able to do 35, might have been able to push a few more, but my form was slipping.

This April when I put on a pair of my "fat" pants and they were a litte tight, as well as seeing the number steadily getting higher.

Ok week two day one 14,17,12,12,25 just came back from my first C25k day so was a little tired.

Now I'm the opposite, I do better at home with the snacking. At work I snack all day, and have had to plan/limit my options. I work on a big campus and try very hard every hour or so to just get up and walk around. Was going to try the sitting on the ball thing, but doesn't fit in with my office space.

I have a huge list but I'll narrow HRM Weight Bench w/ weights running shoes hybrid bike personal trainer clothes.

Day 3 done 12, 15, 11, 11, 35 had a cramp after the 3rd set, but have not had enough water today. Week one done.

Guilt is not going to help, but remembering the way you feel now will, that way you won't do it again. I did the same thing yesterday with pizza. Tomorrow is a new day.

Ok day 2 down, 9,12,9,9,30. I was a little sore today, but its good to feel the burn!

Hey I'm Meghan and I wlll be starting day one tomorrow. Was not so impressed with myself after the starting test as i was only able to do 20, but no place to go but up. Heres to 6 weeks of fun! :laugh:

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 years ago and have been fighting my weight since before then. It is not impossible to lose weight, but it is a continued fight. I have been through a lot with medications and treatments, have now decided that I'm done with being angry with myself for weighing what I do, and I deserve better.
