It might not be your shoes. No matter what shoes I have on my elliptical always makes my toes and the ball of my feet tingle. My solution, roll my ankles or dance for a minute and then hop back on. I wear the same shoes to teach my zumba classes and to jog and walk in so I know its not my shoes. Hope this helps.

Why don't you try the Snackwells snack packs, Nature Valley granola thins w/chocolate on the bottom or Fiber One makes a a really good 90calorie bar thats pretzels, chocolate and caramel. We all hit plataeu's. Really sounds like your just at that point where your losing fat but gaining muscle. If your not starving then don't eat the extra calories.
