I am in Phase 1, Week 4. I am a little anxious about moving on to phase 2. Someone said the dreaded running man comes back again. I put the scale away and I am concentrating on inches instead. The scale was driving me nuts. Feel free to friend me. I would love to keep up with others doing the program.

I am in week 4. I have lost 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my abdomen. I love the program.

Jillian Michaels 90 day body revolution plus staying within my calorie range by using MFP to log all my food and exercise. I also find that the support on MFP is helping me tremendously.

I started about the same time as you did. I am not following the food plan either and I was also sad about the strawberries! I have been limiting my calories to 1200 and logging them on MFP. I lost my first pound :happy:

Has anyone gained a couple of pounds when first starting this workout program? I put on 2 lbs the first week. It is very frustrating! I am not following her diet plan but I am eating 1200 calories a day.

I am not following the meal plan either but am doing the workouts faithfully. I find her meal plan too restrictive with foods that I do not like or have time to prepare. I am going to keep track of my calories on MFP. Looking for support along the way. I am just starting this journey.

I just can't bring myself to do the Kickstart plan. It's too restrictive and I don't like the food. I know I would be setting myself up for failure. I LOVE the workouts though. :happy:

I have already started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I am in week 1. We have roughly the same amount of weight to lose if you need an accountability partner. :smile: I am not doing her diet. It's too restrictive and I don't like the recipes. I decided to use this site to track my food instead.
