  • Good job! Soda was the first thing I gave up when I started to get healthy. I was drinking probably 2-3 sodas a day, 5 days a week. It's been 5 months since I had my last one. Was definitely really hard to give up, but I feel so much better. In fact, I don't drink any caffeine at all yet I feel so much more awake.
