  • That is a good idea! I have thought of asking him to hide it. I also like the idea of him and the kids going out for a treat. I mean it's not like they need to eat sweets anyway but it is something they have gotten used to. Thanks for the feedback!
  • I can definitely relate! I always try to plan what I am going to eat next - ie. just had breakfast now what should I have for a snack. I am not sure where the fear of being hungry came from for me but it is interesting to acknowledge it!
  • I can totally relate to this! I also have a fear of being hungry and try to think ahead to when I am going to eat again, what I am going to eat, etc. It's difficult because I think I confuse feelings with hunger and I can't always tell which is which.   • I listen to these too and really get a lot out of them. I find they are helpful when I can't get to a face to face meeting.
