I actually just bought one for the home (with door anchor) I used one while deployed as part of my rehab for a broken back and leg injury. I'm limited in what I can do because of my back and legs, and know I can use this with no issue.

I've already been doing flax seeds (though I do not have the time to grind my own) and trying to drink a gallon of water a day (not that hard since its hot out) I did increase my fiber intake slowly... I'll try the fats thing. I did see on Dr Oz that adding coconut oil to a glass of water was a good way to eat less, and…

Your Almond milk is fine for your toddler, or even coconut milk.. almond milk and coconut milk is what lactose intolerant babies get switched to. Though my soon to be 2 year old didn't really drink much milk past 13 or 14 months of age... he gets his calcium through other foods (like cheese) our ped said thats fine.

ACTUALLY I got fat by getting pregnant, breaking my back and no longer able to exercise as I used to. I've ALWAYS been a 1 meal a day person. Its HARD for me to eat enough calories each day.

Is 100 even health for 5ft 2? a small framed woman of 5ft 2 has the ideal range of 108 to 121 lbs... I'm not small framed, so my "ideal" weight at 5ft 2 is 130 lbs... I was there 4 years ago, and couldn't imagine being any smaller than that there wasn't anything left to lose.

Did over a mile at work day, (who knew I walked that much at work!) and then did 2 miles at home on the treadmill. Had an issue with my pedometer today though. 3/97 miles completed.

I'm a walker with a pedometer. My goal is 10,000 steps a day, so 310,000 steps this month which is roughly 97 miles. Today was my first day with the pedometer, and I only had it for a few hours and managed just under 5000 steps.
