I'm sorry but I think you are wrong in this case. Drinking water helps to keep you hydrated and some "hunger pains" may actually be "thirst pains", being hydrated also helps keep you regular in respects to the bathroom and flushing toxins. What makes you think this is wrong?

I always read that it was important to drink a lot of water when trying to lose weight. I am trying to up my water intake. Don't give up yet!

Unfortunately I went to the drs first because I thought maybe it was my thyroid. They tested my thyroid and did a full panel on all of my other levels. Everything came back normal

Thank you for the tips, normally after a workout during the week I will make eggs for dinner. They're easy, packed with protein and my 16 mo old loves them!

I'm 5'1 and need to lose 25 to 30 lbs. I have a hard time with my legs and arms..they're both short and all of my weight seems to go to them. My torso seems to be the smallest part of me, even after my baby.

It's frustrating, isn't it? I had that happen to me a few years ago when I was working out, I was eating too little. I'm positive that I'm eating enough now, likely too much. My portion sizes are way off. I have an office job so I smack far too much..but I am starving after a work out. I would add you as a friend but I…

Oh don't worry, I won't be giving up..I just know that if I was seeing how results, it would push me harder. Unfortunately this is my TOM..and I feel horrible. Hopefully that has a lot to do with it. Good idea with the 30 day comparison

I would like to join. I have a 16 mo. I was slightly overweight when I got pregnant and then gained 60 lbs. I lost all of it but then gained about 10 back after weening from nursing. I would like to lose 25-30 lbs total. I am also a c-section mama ;)

Thank you so much for your feedback! You both give me hope for my allergy issues as well as my back/neck pain. I as well went basically undiagnosed with no real explanation as to why I had to much pain or allergy issues. Doctors after doctors and tests after tests and still no real answer. I have noticed that even though I…

I've only had 3 GF replacements in the past 6 days. I am not going to eat processed foods all the time and am overall eating much healthier because I have to make my own food to avoid gluten. In order for me to not want to jump off the roof because I haven't had bread, I think it's quite alright to find some replacements…

So I'm reporting back after almost 7 full days of going gluten free. I have been way more diligent than I thought I would be but I'm at the point that I just want to be free of it all. I've been checking sauces and downloaded Gluten Free Freedom app (thanks to serendipityskye) that helps out tremendously when shopping for…

Thank you! i'm on day 3 and so far so good :) going out to a restuarant will be the real challenge as restuarant bread is my favorite

Thank you all for your feedback and input! I've made it to day 2 with no gluten! I don't have celiac because I am not significantly ill. I have been living with this for 31 years and just been uncomfortable or always with a migraine. I've had every test under the sun done for stomach issues and migraines and nothing ever…

Thank you so much for you input. I made it through 1 day so far! I didn't replace anything with gluten free snacks, just opted for fruit instead. I'm getting a bread maker for the times I want a sandwich or bread with dinner but I don't plan on buying too many of the processed items except maybe pasta.

hmm, I was thinking of purchasing that book. Were there specific replacements in the recipes that you might be sensitive too? Or are you feeling ill just from not having wheat? I hope you feel better!

ONly 1% of the population has celiac disease but so many more have a gluten sensitivity. I wouldn't have thought I had it if I had just 1 or 2 matching symptoms. However, when I took a look at all of the symptoms and 95% of my problems and health issues match the symptoms, I'm talking 10+ symptoms are matching. It's pretty…

My insurance isn't the greatest and the test would be very expensive. I thought it might be easier to try and rule it out on my own by seeing how I feel without gluten in my life.
