Thank you for the kind words

How do you manually add the data? Now I'm having problems with it not counting my flights of stairs correctly. It only recorded 2 today. I use UA Record now for exercise and it seems a bit more accurate but still lacking

Thank you so much for the kind words :) I try to tell myself that almost everyone has something about themselves that they dont like.

Thank you for all of the kind comments

I keep trying to tell myself that but it doesn't help me much

Thank you for the tips and the input about the calorie burn. I wish they had created the battery to last with the watch being able to be used as it was created. It was silly for them to create something that you need to turn off all of the options which you actually purchased the watch for :(

I had previously adjusted my brightness down to 2, and I have location off. Yesterday I turned wifi off as well. On tuesday I worked out with my trainer and had 70%, it was about 1.5 hours in training and my battery was down to 16% by the time I left. That is just unacceptable. I love the watch but I am so frustrated with…

I have a 20 month old, I can't possibly go out for surgery right now :(
-
I am glad you are feeling better. It's an awful thing to have

I have a follow up appt tomorrow. I am hoping there is just a delayed response because I did feel effects from the first one.

I do work with a PT, I see her 2/week for the last 3.5 months. She is a nurse as well and knows of my back issues. She is always making sure I have the proper form.

I was having a lot of stress with weighing myself the first month. So I banned the scale for 2 months and switched to measurements only. between month 1 & 2 I lost about 6 inches overall and my pants felt slightly loser. This last month I did not lose any inches and even gained small amounts in some areas but I measured…

Ok I will start to weigh the food, I will see if I can find the scale and buy one if I don't have it any more
-
I am not weighing my food, that seems like it would be such a hassle. I did have a scale, but not sure if I still have it. My pants did fit looser last month but not this month. :/

Yes, we have been doing lots of leg work. Tons of squats, dead lifts, lunges, etc. I haven't been drinking as much water as I usually do, I'm sure that isn't helping the problem Thank you for the tip :)

Thank.. They charged my insurance 4k!! 1998 per shot (they did L3 & L4)

I did modify them when the nerve pain was the worst. We would focus on upper body and isometric core. The last 3 training sessions we incorporated more legs and combined moves but no jumping (jumping planks, jump squats, etc), everything I do is done in a way to protect my back. Slow, smooth movements and not a lot of…

I will definitely look into it!
-
I hope the second shot helps you!

wow- sorry you have been having such a hard time! I try to focus a lot on core work as well to try to strengthen and support my back better. I would love to see the yoga links. yoga is not really my thing but if it will help my back, then there's no harm in giving it a shot!

Thank you :) I was thinking of visiting PT again since I've met my deductible but was hoping personal training would be enough. I know this injection sure is flushing my face..

I am just looking for some relief for a fee months, especially from this nerve pain. I can't sleep well with it and am in pain and don't want to do cardio that much. I just need a few good months so I can go back to going hard and the gym and with cardio and work on strengthening my core and back muscles which I feel would…

I agree that I need to work to make those muscles stro ger as well as my core and back. Hopefully they will find the reason behind this on my MRI results. It would be nice to have some relief. I want to be feeling better so I can really work on fitness and strength training. My professor gave me a 24 hrs…

Thank you all for your tips. Ironically I was doing deadlifts Saturday which I think may have aggravated the nerve a little. I imagine those muscles tightened. I'm anxiously awaiting my follow up appointment on Wednesday.

I do have a desk job, the chair normally doesn't bother me until the sciatic pain kicked in.
-
That kind you for your input everyone! Still not sleeping and not really able to sit or stand without pain. I have an 8 page paper I have to write for my graduate class and it's due tonight. I can't think about anything other than my pain. This sucks so bad
-
I agree, it is good information. It's nice to know the fat is the least likely cause
-
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'll have to check out the book. Love the pic of your dog . Yorkies are my favorite

Thank you for your input. I'm not banning the scale forever, just for a month to see how I feel. I was going from the high of a great workout and good eating to the low of why isn't anything changing? My pants feel a tad loser and I feel stronger, but my weight has not moved. I lost 2 lbs the 1st week and then gained it…
