My lower abs or lack there of and the back fat that comes with it. I was extremely athletic when younger and lost all my baby fat after my second child only to gain it back with sit down jobs, laziness and eating the wrong thing or too much of a good thing. I know it will disappear with the workouts but it still bothers me.

Hello dear, you are not a loser it just takes time. I have been on here since April and I haven't gotten one friend either. I don't know what it is but I'll friend you if you return the favor. Good luck on getting ripped, I'll just settle for dropping about 35 lbs and toning up.

I find tattoos attractive and depending on what and where, at times they are sexy. If you have them show them off. If people don't like them they shouldn't look!

I've been told my eyes, lips and my easy going nature.

Don't focus on the past, we are all harder on ourselves than we should be and your husband sounds extremely supportive. Concentrate on how good you feel about yourself and how much you have accomplished. Continue to move forward and you will be down to your goal weight in no time. God Bless!

Hello, I'm 42 and have been in decent shape for a while but want to get back to where I love what I see in the mirror. I was 175 and am down to 162 but can't seem to lose the weight in the midsection. I usually just motivate myself but support is always a great thing and at times much appreciated.
