I've been a member for 3 months. It works for me. Before I started Curves, all I had was my treadmill at home. That wasn't enough. I'm not bored yet so I will continue to go. Not anymore. In the beginning of my journey, I did. However, I found that I do better when I don't. Even when I do eat some of the workout calories, it's no where near all of them.

I have been on the sight for about 30 days now. I've found it to be very helpful with tracking my food intake. Not just calories, but sodium, fat etc. I'm always looking for inspiration so I thought it would help to go on this site. Best of wishes for all to reach their goals!:smile:
