Awesome group! :) I am 5'4" and weigh 136.6 pounds. I can't seem to break the 136 mark and i have been stuck there for the longest time. Getting more serious with exercise and diet. Hopefully can lose at most 8 lbs by the first week of May.

I love blogilates! Cassie is amazing :) i try to do her abs, arms and thigh videos after i do around 30-45 mins of cardio (jogging, zumba, insanity etc)
