I said in no way are they repulsive that's quite extreme, what I said was flat and boring. That is my opinion. Choose to like that and be reactive to it that is your right and doesn't bother me, or you could choose to be objective and read the rest of what was said. Which was educate yourself about both spectrums before…

My point exactly, your ability to read and decipher what I have said in order to draw that extemely accurate conclusion is astonishing. I appreciate your sarcastic twist to what I said instead of being objective. Enjoy your cortisol!

I'm sure the person who knows those who "lift" eat like slobs. Simply going to the gym doesn't promise you perfect health. Doing cardio and lifting if great for you. A lot is also how you take care of yourself in other ways (diet, stress, sleep etc)....That said stress has a huge factor on how you age. In the Marine Corps…

Being lean is diet...Being fit is fitness...Simple. Most of those yoga and cardio bunnies may look lean, but that's because the majority of them eat like rabbits..Not to mention they don't really have any functional muscle, and are flat all over. Still there is nothing wrong with yoga for the calming effects on the mind,…

60 mins of heavy lifting at my weight is my estimate of about 175-300calories. MFP says 208 or something like that. I go off my HRM and MFP for cardio and eat back the average of both. *Edit - Tracking food precisely as well as exercises can get old for some, I enjoy it...However I don't worry about every little detail or…

No, I just make sure I recover properly. I only do 60 mins 5 days a week heavy lifting. 15 min cardio after. 6th day I do cardio only and that's when I eat back if I expend more than 1000 calories in a session, which is easily done for me.

Tabata of any exercise...perfect sub for boring cardio "Cardio..you mean lift weights faster?" ... love that saying lol Nothing against Crossfit, I just think the community is hilarous. Not to mention yes there are a lot that injure themselves because of lack of knowledge, true with anything of course I suppose. Everyone…

Most protein per what.... Eat chicken, beef, fish...or variations of meat... I still with boneless skinless (cheap, low fat, lower cals), salmon - just love it and its healthly, some beef just because I'm a steak eater...and bacon in the morning... otherwise eggs (egg whites) or protein shakes....
-
No..friends are...and its hilarious. Improper form for most of the lifts and kipping pull up...come on. Otherwise, sure you're moving and working out all different muscles. I'd rather swim for cardio and work just about every muscle in my body and doesn't take such a large toll on joint and lift heavy 4 times a week...Just…

Welcome to the internet....

Yes...You can have too much...Too much can be converted to fat essentially. Though fiber can help digest it, so does taking in other nutrients (IE carbs, calcium, zinc, magnessium, potassium etc). Anyway to much of anything is bad for you. Now 15% of your calories from proteins isn't bad...Aim for about .9g/lean body mass.…

So youre doing more exercise and only eating 1200 calories? If you're lifting you're going to build muscle...well not with 1200 calories. Time to rethink your plan.

>.< gotcha rbp i suppose

Because I'm eating fat...? I don't see your logic. Chicken is quite lean, and I use the lean trimmings. I make my breasts weigh 10oz each. The excess gets made into patties and I know what I'm using, it's not getting made for me.
-
I buy bulk chicken and trim nicely myself. With the leaner trimmings I'll grind it up, season, make patties and freeze. Takes a few minutes to fry up with some coconut oil.

google is a wonderful thing...welcome to the internet lol

sounds like you need to learn how to plan...
-
the thing is there is something to learn from all diets...good or bad...do your research and find out what works best for you..
