I think you should change the 8 ounces a day to maybe 10 to make it a little more challenging? Umm, burn so many calories a week, walk, run, jog, swim, or bicycle so many miles a week? Lose 2 lbs in one week?

I want to join. I am doing another challenge for May, but I figured I can post here also.

I accepted to do this challenge because I would like to lose weight, but have a very hard time sticking to things. This morning my weight was 140.6 so hopefully by the end of May I will have lost 5-8lbs.

I just wanted to say that we are the same exact height and weight! My goal is a little different though. I am hoping to weigh around 100-105 since I am so short. I like meats, but I don't really like fish or seafood. Veggies I like are broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, corn, hmmm put some recipes up and I will go through them.
