Thanks guys :) i'm not that heavy just so out of shape I was shocked that I couldn't finish the whole round of level 1. I am on day three today and I am going to finish the second half of level one tonight lol.

Awesome! I always do the walk/jog intervals on the treadmil 3.0 walking and 5.0 jogging and I hate it because you burn so many calories running. Hopefully I will be able to run straight through soon.

Burnt 300 calories today, biking, walking/jogging, and lifting.

I do this, but only when I am riding a stationary bike and I make sure I don't go under a certain RPM.

Yesterday I was under my calorie allowance and I burnt 365 calories walking on the treadmil and riding a stationary bike. 30 minutes on each. I need to start running on the treadmil because you burn so many calories in a short amount of time. Can't wait to go to the gym tonight to see how much I will burn!

Good. I won't get my workout in until my husband gets home from work so I can go to the gym without Jade, but I can always do some kinect at home!
