Bit of a generalisation!! Why would being abroad make you more active or eat less?? I studied in Spain for a year and put on weight despite lots of walking. I was drinking more alcohol than before and eating out a lot too. Obviously enjoy all the new food but don't go overboard and try and get an idea of what the thinner…

I'm 22 June too! Just concentrating on eating clean and looking after myself and plenty of exercise!

I am doing this currently and am on day 5 - I feel a lot better already. But can anyone advise on yoghurt? I only have plain natural organic stuff for breakfast with seeds and oats - is that ok or should I be cutting out yog completely? Thanks

Oh wow that is tough for you! Good luck with maintaining and well done one reducing meds too.

That is such good work well done. Just took a look at your diary - I think your next challenge should be more fruit and veg!

Many thanks Dan. I find it hard to have a rest day as it were without walking 10k steps (around 350 cals) as I walk to work so it's just part of my day now. (Does this mean I am a fitbit addict?) Should I take the train instead? I'll feel so lazy!

I do track my exercise on here and use a fitbit but don't eat any of them as I am using the roadmap. However most days I earn about 500 cals through walking and/or pump but sometimes this can be up to 1000 if I…

It's silly isn't it really - I am feeling great and getting compliments but it is the psychological thing of actually losing lbs!

Hi everyone I have been here 4 weeks and have lost 1/2 a stone and hoping to lose 2 more. I find this so much better than WW as that damn food tracker never had the right stuff in it whereas this one has never not had what I want. Good luck to you all and do add me if you want to. Kate

Flixie00 - I'm in complete agreement. And your fabulous weight loss is testament to your weekend rules. Thanks

This weekend will be tougher than the past one as it is a Bank Holiday too! I have put all my exercise into my planner already and so if I stick to it I should be fine. I have had some nice comments this week about my weight loss (5lbs in 2 weeks) so I will use those to inspire me. Good luck to you all!
