  • It had exactly the same symptoms when I first started, it took me about a month for my body to get used to it but after that it's totally fine. Also it did wonders for my skin! I didn't gain weight on it, but I did have the urge to eat everything and anything in front of me. You just have to resist. It'll soon pass!
  • I usually train twice a day! I do muay thai so there's a lot of cardio involved. Each session burns around 800 calories.
