@dlycooper5 - That is awesome! I love junk food too, especially pop! I have cut down on drinking pop, and this week I started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred...I am feeling it now! My goal weight is 150, still have about 45-50 pounds to lose.

I do Zumba Wii every night and I burn about 275 calories for 30 minutes! And it is so much fun :)
