Consider yourself lucky in the fact that most people find it hard to stay in there caloric limit to lose weight. Personally, I'm hungry all the time! If they're eating at a deficit, then it doesn't matter if they do cardio or not (speaking strictly on weight loss). Although, I'm not ignoring that there are health benefits that come with doing cardio. To conclude, just do both! You don't need to do just one.

Don't log any of the following: * My weight sessions (3 times a week) * Walks if they are under 2 miles * Ab workouts If you set your activity level right, you shouldn't have to log the small things :) I don't log weights as there's no really consistent way to tell how much I'm burning.

Broccoli, love it. Most days I just boil it in water for a few minutes in salted water, like it al dente. When I'm doing it for other people though, I usually blanch it, then fry in 2-3 teaspons of butter and garlic. Then add a bit of soy sauce at the end.

I use Oats so Simple, which come in 27g sachets. I then microwave it with 180ml of soya light milk. Saying that, I usually follow it with two medium sized apples which keeps me full until lunch.
