I moved onto Level 3 after a few days of Levels 1 and 2. I like Level 3 the best. If you're into Yoga her Yoga Inferno DVD is awesome.

I use Core MRP meal replacement powder. Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie is my favorite. Just add water. It's a little gritty because the carbs are from barley and oats but that doesn't bother me. It's very filling.
