When out, I try to stick to vodka soda (no cals in soad water) with lemon and lime, but love a good glass of wine at home.

I have a 32 ounce cup and keep one of those small squeezable lemon juices at my desk. The lemon makes me drink a lot of water, definitely over a gallon a day.
