i like the optimum nutrition gold standard double chocolate. make it with almond milk, very tasty.

this is mine too, the double chocolate. i add 2 tsp pb2 with 8 oz almond milk. very good. i got mine at the gym for $45 and it's a 5 lb. container.

i'm getting my hernia fixed.... i know..... boring. hopefully i won't gain back too much weight during recovery, but at least i now know how to lose it. get right back into my workout routines asap.

i have the double rich chocolate and 2 tsp pb2 with 8 oz almond milk. it's great. on heavy workout days i'll have one of these pre-workout and a lean body bananas and cream protein drink after. just started doing that today.

the problem with bath salts is when you eat someones face off you'll gain weight!!

i take quite a few: b complex calcium citrate with vit d flaxseed oil green tea extract mega mens energy and metabolism formula milk thistle and a protein drink

i've got the polar ft7 and i love it. you do need to wet the strap, but you won't even know it's there when working out. i think the calorie counter is a lot more accurate than MFP. it's real easy to set up and it has a setting for male or female. it also synchs up to the cardio machines at my gym so no more holding on to…

I've been worried about the same thing. i'm headed to vegas in 3 weeks and will be staying for a week. there's 1000s of dining options and few are healthy.

i haven't yet but i'm going to vegas in a few weeks and if you've ever been to vegas you know what i mean. the gym i belong to has lots of facilities in vegas and i do plan on sticking with my workout schedule though.

i have the ft7 and like the ft4 it is water resistant to 30m like you said, but don't push the buttons underwater.
