I would have to say you are not eating enough cals. say your sedentary rate is 2200, you would need to reduce enough cals to lose weight -3500 cals a week for 1 lb, ect. but you could be burning 700-800 cals on your workout which puts you way under cals. so try this. I totally agree with this I always felt when I backed to the bar the right way I was leaning backwards. I had never felt like that when I squatted with out it. I would never put myself in that position in real life I would pull my back.

Thanks for the replies. It seems Berries, Grapes, Apples, and Oranges are what most said. A few said Bananas but I would have to eat them greenish because the are very sugary when they get older.

Just be careful with the pasta. It is a med. Glycemic load for only half cup cooked spaghetti. SOme over your other thicker pasta has a high rating.
