My Small Victory
I have been on here, on and off, for about a year and a half. I can now fit into my size 14 jeans. I can shop at the exchange and find cloths that fit. I can shop at GAP not the outlet and buy a pair of jeans. They make my butt look good, even though the PR isn't so great. Also, I decided I needed to get back into my…

Can Anyone Tell Me?
SO, does Olive Garden include the sides listed in the nutrition that you see or do you have to add it on? And is the plate considered a serving even though some could feed 2 people? I want to make sure I count it right. I have been drinking a ton of water to make sure I can get rid of the salt within a day or two.

All In
I have decided to stop the silliness. I have 4 children, 17,1,4,5. My husband is a runner and very fit. The worst thing he eats is salami on his sub sandwich, while I make runs to the Publix bakery. Yum! At 200lbs I am tired of nothing fitting right. And I have reached the point that people look at me if I have something…
