Hello My fellow MPFers, Buff in the Buffer’s
I hope everyone found the topic with the new title.
This will be my motivation to keep up with my weight loss and I hope this will be your motivation too. I hope to post once a week or twice monthly, maybe more. Just check Your Topics every now and again.
I would love to hear from people as I post ideas and exercises or even questions to keep it fresh. If you are an expert on something that is posted please feel free to add your advise as well.
I will start each new discussion with a line like this.

SO first things first.
Let’s do a little about ourselves. I will list the followers and if they have any knowledge or if they are looking for some. This will help build the strings that will be added for discussion.
1.What has brought you to MPF, this topic, and want to be Buff in the buff?
2. What do you wish to learn from this topic, or your primary focus for your continued discussion in this topic?
3. Do you have anything to share about Women’s body building? I will take this into consideration when posting new strings.
4. Do you have any hindrances that keep you from your goal? What is you plan to remove them or work around them?
5. Have you tried any type of training that you totally love?
6. Have you tried any training that you despise?

Here are my answers. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.
1.What has brought you to MPF, this topic, and want to be Buff in the buff?
The need and want to lose weight feel great, and fit into the clothes at the mall.
2. What do you wish to learn from this topic, or your primary focus for your continued discussion in this topic?
I hope to learn new lifting techniques and most of all nutrition for a female lift. We are so different than the men.
3. Do you have anything to share about Women’s body building? I will take this into consideration when posting new strings.
I am new at focused lifting so I will have my success and my failures to share
4. Do you have any hindrances that keep you from your goal? What is you plan to remove them or work around them?
I have a large family that my food and workout schedule have to fit around. I plan to make it work by putting myself first more often.
5. Have you tried any type of training that you totally love?
I really like not doing the same thing everyday. I just remember to start with the right muscles and workout until I am tired.
6. Have you tried any training that you despise?
Running is not my favorite. However, I used to like it when I was lighter.
7. Have you tried any training that was totally not safe for you, Why?
No, I have never been in a battle with weight, until having my 3 children these past 6 yrs.
8. Do you have anything else that you wish to share about you?I am not new to the gym or lifting in general, so if I see someone doing something wrong, if they are approachable I will help them. I would hate that they have a bad experience and stop trying because they did something wrong.0 -
