I have decided to stop the silliness. I have 4 children, 17,1,4,5. My husband is a runner and very fit. The worst thing he eats is salami on his sub sandwich, while I make runs to the Publix bakery. Yum!
At 200lbs I am tired of nothing fitting right. And I have reached the point that people look at me if I have something in the grocery cart I shouldn't.
I joined the Y and they watch my 2 youngest for 2 hours. I am going to start my 3rd day tomorrow. After that I will know all the exercises for the next 3 weeks and I will be going 5-6 days a week. until I have a change up in strength training. I will have another 3 day week, then off I will go again for another 3 weeks.
My main goal is to be 135-145lbs depending on muscle weight.
to get there, at 8 weeks I hope to lose 8-10lbs
By New Years I hope to be able to run in a local H3 meet with my husband and be 25lbs lighter.-- Weight loss through the holidays--
I want to be beautiful on the outside again, because it will make me feel better on the inside.
