Fresh fruit, if it's in the house. Herbal dessert teas (Stash has an awesome vanilla nut creme decaf tea that I enjoy). Handful of almonds. If I'm having a good calorie day, I'll have something like cookies or a snack cake. Baby carrots and low-fat dip. Celery stalk and peanut butter. Unsweetened applesauce.

I try to do 60 mins of cardio 6 days a week, and strength training 2-3 times a week. Sunday is my rest day (but not for religious reasons. All my television stories are on and I work out in the evenings).

You make your SO make you peanut butter crackers, and only 10 crackers and using specifically no more than 2 tbsp of peanut butter because that's how you logged it, and any more will make you go over your calories for the day.

Little victory for me was yesterday. The husband brought home these cheap Christmas cookies, which were dyed a neon red and when he offered I refused because I didn't wan to put that crap in my body. A few months ago I wouldn't have blinked an eye at them. (really, they were horrible looking red pucks of gastronomic death)
