I agree with the yoga and tai chi, if you are mobile enough to do those. However, any type of alcohol can actually make anxiety worse! Plus, if you are on any anxiety meds it isn't recommended that you have alcohol. (otherwise I'd say hell yeah to the glass of wine now and again lol)
