  • Sounds great. I will definitely try it. I have also used zucchini sliced this way as a pasta substitute. I've sauteed the zucchini in a pan with a bit of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and some basil. They I've added spaghetti sauce to it and it's really good.
  • My new thing is one cup of frozen strawberries (you could also use blueberries) with one cup Silk soy milk (you can also use skim milk, almond milk or whatever), put in the blender (you don't need ice) and you have a filling smoothie with about 100-200 calories depending on what milk you use.
