My go to fix for a sweet tooth is Oatmeal Banana cookies -- really easy to make. 2 Bananas, 1 cup oatmeal, mix together well, spoon on cookie sheet, bake for 20 min or so at 350 degrees. Recipe says quick cooking oats but I use the old fashioned oats. They are about 38 calories or so each depending upon how many in a batch…

Made this last night -- doubled the recipe so there would be leftovers. Smelled yummy and was as good as it smelled -- my husband regretted his choice for dinner. The chipotle is a stroke of genius.

Slacked off this weekend and only did 5 miles between Friday and Sunday....ack! 56.4 miles to go.

5 miles on Thursday 12/12 -- 61.4 miles to go. Upside to grinding out 100 miles is lost 2 lbs. last week -- downside is I'm always starving!

4.1 yesterday -- 86.5 miles left Need to make up some miles over the weekend to stay on track. Gonna be hard to keep this up over the Christmas holidays but my mind is set on 100 miles this month.
