You absolutely need to eat below your BMR to be able to lose any weight. Your BMR demonstrates how many calories your body burns on a daily basis just by being you! You use energy (ie. burn calories) no matter what you’re doing, even if you’re sleeping! This is not 100% accurate and I urge you to check with a doctor before…
