  • Don't loose hope! A pound is 3,500 calories so unless you really really overate gaining three pounds in a day is impossible! That being said, your water levels will make your weight fluxuate and can be really upsetting.   • If I fall off the wagon for a week i try to think about my goals in the context of the month. Just work out one extra time a week or shave a few extra calories off for a few weeks until you are back on track!
