@Francl127 ----they market under the Dreyer's name in the Western United States, and under the Edy's name in the Eastern and Midwestern United States- Maybe they have the same flavors in both brands?

Roasted red pepper garlic and spinach stuffed pork loin sandwich on focaccia and an apple.

Tuna salad on Triscuts with jalapeno and a side of carrots cucumber and yogurt dip.

Boca burger on wheat with spinach and tomatoes and baby dills.

Sweet kale chopped salad with grilled chicken, cranberries and pumpkin seeds and it was yummy!

Check out mrtt (moms run this town---you don't have to be a mom) and see if there is a local chapter. I love my mrtt group here!

Yes! Cake and cookies, but I haven't figured out how to do them in moderation so I try not to have them around very often.

When I first started I could barely walk around the block without feeling like I was dying! Just keep it up, keep trying and you will be able to do it! Just repeat days or weeks until you feel like you can move on!

I have the same problem and have had for years. I don't really know how to break it. I did some research online and it's called NES. I've even talked to my Dr about it and haven't been able to stop. It sounds like you are not really eating that much when you wake up so that is good. I tend to eat more calories than that. I…
