Me too! I walk a mile on my 15. If you have a swivel chair at your desk do this: hold on to desk, raise feet and use your abs to swivel the chair. I also do squats in the bathroom, I've gotten some weird looks but oh well...lol.

I run with my dog four times a week about 3 miles each time. She's a smaller dog but still runs or stops in front of me sometimes. My husband bought some for the kids (they love it) and unfortunatley Nutella is evil and I ate almost the whole jar. Then I felt bad and had to buy a jar for my kids. Pathetic.....I love Nutella!

That is awesome! I ask my kids to go with me almost every time I run. They have always said not this time but I hope if I keep asking eventually one of them will want to go. I would love to get them to start exercising now so they don't go through what I did as an adult.
